Some upbeat and fun music will help you wake up and provide you with positive energy for your entire day. Statistics prove that music makes you feel good, and there are many studies that indicate how music is capable of mood regulation and self-awareness. It can also make you more motivated, perform better, and sleep better too.

Smiling at yourself is excellent practice, and should be done upon waking. It will give you a positive effect and a better overall attitude throughout your day.
