Most people start off their day with a cup of coffee. It gets them riled up for their busy days ahead. But more than that, did you know drinking coffee has this effect on women’s breasts? Unfortunately coffee comes with a slew of disadvantages, such as causing insomnia. However, there are some studies that suggest that drinking coffee affects breast size!
In the British Journal of Cancer, research found that caffeine, found in coffee, actually affects the hormones. Much to the dismay of coffee lovers, drinking coffee does not increase breast size. Instead, drinking coffee may actually make your breasts smaller! In fact, it can have a profound effect on the breast size of a woman. Certainly, breasts will not shrink to nothingness overnight, and that’s a good thing, according to Helena Jernstrom from Lund University in Sweden who led the study.
“They will get smaller, but the breasts aren’t just going to disappear.”
“However, anyone who thinks they can tell which women are coffee drinkers just from their bra measurements will be disappointed.
“The problem is that there are two measures for a bra, the cup size and the girth, so you wouldn’t be able to tell.”
Drinking Coffee Has This Effect On Women’s Breasts
Consuming a minimum of 3 cups of coffee each day will result in 17% smaller breasts on average than those who consume less coffee. So, if you value your beautiful breasts, and you think that your breast size matters, you may want to change the way you drink coffee, or at least how much you drink.
