For Strawberry Gummy Bears
– 1 cup strawberries, fresh or (defrosted frozen strawberries)
– 1/3 cup water
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp honey
– 4 tsp unflavored gelatin
For Blueberry Gummy Bears
– 3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and defrosted
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 3 tbsp honey
– 4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
Orange
– 1 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 2 tbsp honey
– 4 tsp will unflavored gelatin
