Ingredients:
– 110g butter
– 100g caster sugar
– 100g light brown sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 260g plain flour
– 240g Rolos
– 80g chocolate chips
Method:
Mix together the melted butter and both sugars:
Then add the egg, flour and vanilla:
Followed finally by the Rolos and chocolate chips:
Place the mix into a lined tin and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C:
